How do I restore my subscription?
Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Make sure you have an internet connection. Contact support if access is still missing.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select BidBuddy to see the available management options.
How can I protect my saved work?
Use the app’s workspace backup feature and keep the exported file somewhere safe. Keep a current backup before replacing your device or removing the app.
Can I use BidBuddy on Android or in a browser?
BidBuddy is currently an iPhone app. This website offers a free worksheet and calculator; it does not sync or display your app’s documents.
